Commercial Director

Immediate incorporation


To be able to implement our expansion plan successfully we are seeking a person to head the company’s sales activities in this country. Based in Madrid, this person will be responsible for bringing in strategic accounts (generating contacts and marketing our services) in accordance with the established Business Plan and will report directly to the company CEO, who will offer direct support to this person’s sales activities in order to accelerate the organic growth of the business to the maximum. Should the person selected not only demonstrate excellent sales skills but also strong management ability, he or she will be responsible in the medium term for managing the company’s Sales Department


The tasks of the position include:

  • Planning and executing the sales strategy
  • Executing and monitoring internal sales tasks (day to day)
  • Capturing customers
  • Selling projects to customers
  • Ongoing customer relations
  • Presenting professional sales proposals
  • Reporting to the CEO (Sales Director)


  • University degree
  • Preferably with postgraduate studies in Marketing or Company Management (MBA)
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Passion for the world of marketing and sales
  • Ability to relate to organisations on the highest level
  • Ability to carve a path through the labyrinth of big companies to reach the interlocutors qualified for the type of service that we sell: CEOs and Managing Directors, Sales and Marketing Directors, Brand and Advertising Managers and Product Development Managers, etc.
